Strategies To Protect Business And Personal Assets
Presented By Joseph M. Percopo, Attorney At Mateer Harbert
CPE: 1 Hr Technical Business
Protecting your business and personal assets is allowed and encouraged, using honest, legal concepts. Learn how to prevent risks by insulating your business and personal assets. Strategies used in asset protection planning include separate legal structures which can be utilized to combat predatory creditors and protect from future economic downturns. Distinguish between dangerous assets, those more susceptible to claims, and safe assets, those assets which do not promote a high degree of inherent liability. Take the first steps of creating a comprehensive asset protection plan.
