The Mateer Harbert Real Estate and Land Development section provides technical and practical advice to clients in connection with the acquisition or sale of commercial real estate. This section assists our clients in their negotiation of contracts for purchase and sale, performing due diligence as required in negotiating transferred documents and finalizing the closing of transactions.
