The Mateer Harbert Labor and Employment Law Practice Group represents employers and human resource professionals on a wide range of employment law issues related to the work place. Our labor and employment law section represents both private and public sector employers before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
